RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30 day money back return policy for all kits purchased directly from our website.  If you are not happy with the kit, simply return it to us postmarked within 30 days of receipt in the same condition as you received it for a full refund minus all shipping charges.  To return an item, simply go to the returns section at the footer of any page on this site and put in an RMA request.  The item must be returned prior to receiving a refund or replacement.  Any kits purchased from a third party retailer are subject to their return policy and you must go through them directly in order to return your kit.

WARRANTY POLICY

We offer a 2 year warranty on all components of the kit except for the shaker motor itself.  If you have any issues with one of these components within two years of receipt, send it to us for repair or replacement.  For the shaker motor itself, we offer a 60 day warranty.  We offer lifetime email/telephone/text technical support.   To return an item for warranty service, simply go to the returns section at the footer of any page on this site and put in an RMA request.  We will send you a pre-paid return label (international customers must pay for shipping both ways).  The item must be returned prior to receiving a refund or replacement.  This warranty also applies to any kits purchased from a third party retailer.
